Great Amenities and Convenient Location
coffee machine healthy selection
I appreciated the coffee capsule machine in my room. A full-size iron with an ironing board was also available. The breakfast offered a healthy selection, and calorie information was displayed. I found the location perfect with walking distance to different amenities and the tube station next to the hotel.
I found that the selection of teas in the room was limited to just two options. This small detail could be improved . More variety in tea choices would be welcome.

convenient location train station in-room kettle tea bag housekeeping service missing lamp
the location proved convenient for my travel plans. the proximity to multiple train stations simplified commuting. the room included a kettle , allowing me to make tea at my leisure.
the absence of complimentary tea bags required me to collect them from reception , which was inconvenient. the housekeeping staff did not remove used glassware from my room . THERE were no bedside lamps .

Excellent Stay, Highly Recommended!
convenient location early check-in lovely staff
The location was very convenient. It had great transport connections right outside. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated VERY much. The breakfast options were good. The staff were lovely. They are a credit to the hotel!!!
The room had noisy, creaky floorboards. This impacted the quality of rest that I got. I found this quite disruptive during the night.

The foyer had flavored water available. There were also free biscuits or fruit there. It was a nice touch. The hotel had a nice feel to it. It also offered excellent transport connections just outside.

The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated. They had great quality linens plus large bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, tissues, and a vanity pack were all provided. The room was very clean.
